I knew DC Drivers sucked

GMAC does a study on driver knowledge.

My biggest complaint up here is that people don't know the rules of the road. They don't know simple shit like the rules of a 4 way stop especially if two people arrive at the same time. They know how to damn parallel park but stay doing dumb shit like cutting me off when I'm going full speed, driving in a lane thats turn only to get around traffic (no bitch i'm not letting you in), not understanding how to merge.

Let me not rant because I will get into make-up appliers, cell phone holding, and cab drivers.....lllaawwwddd the cab drivers. ok woo sah... Just look at the numbers
