So just as I'm about to bring myself to blog a lil short something about Nicki Minaj...I find out the "Bottoms UP" Video premiered today on the SCBET (sc-so called).

So ...........of COURSE.........being that Nicki Minaj makes my life on this song as i discussed last month in the I am Not AFEARED post.

Anyway....i love the song!! no shit. and i cant get enough of Nicki.

Some MONTHS back i proclaimed that i FUCKS WITH NICKI THE LONG WAY!! But i'm not yet a "Fan". Only because i'm afraid she's being coined as a FEATURE killer!! I know some of the stans are gonna be all crazy talmbout some "whaat aabout mii loove" (the stans type like that) And to that I say...I love that song. But as we all know that song was a leak that Nicki never really planned on releasing....it just happened to blow the hell up. So will Nicki's album be My Love banging or Massive Attack horrid!!

Howsomeever......Trey starts off the song with and R.Kelly-esque vibe. The first time I heard the song, I was like who is this?? Kelz?? Songz??

but ALAS....the singer starts singing in this high pitched girlie voice......YYUUUUPPP...so of course...its Trey!! Matter of fact...Nicki's voice is deeper than his on this song!

Dont get me wrong I lub me some Trey but I was like ffoorreeeaall Tremaine....for REAL!!

Let's just say I was smiling through the whole video. I love it!!! I love that its a live rendition....his voice sounds soo good. It makes me want to see him live even more now. Seriously...the video is so cute. I keep watching it...it just makes me happy. And who doesnt need things that make them happy from time to time.

Anyway, check it out. By the way...my last thought as the video ended was "Wow...that young man is PERFECT" LOL...maybe a stretch...but thats how i felt dammit.

Ok..last thing. This video is available on his "Up Close and Ready" EP available for pre-order on iTunes for $5.99 (its the live versions of a few songs)...i may grab that.

So, I almost expected to see my booski S-Beezy wildin in the video (yall know how i feel about S-Beezy...and if you dont a post will be coming soon). Anyway, once i remembered that I enjoyed the video.

So Trey Songz released the video for "I Invented Sex" today.......and not only is the video...sexy, steamy, just what i needed for my visual fantasies about Trigga...but the advertisement for the video was AMAZING. His PR team was on it...to preview the video from Twitter you had to log on through and app and it tweeted to everyone to watch the video...which led to all the women on twitter going CRAZY!!! AMAZINGNESS....Gosh...I love this age of technology.

"Ready" - Trey Songz ~~MY INITIAL REVIEW!!!

So...In the last few months I've become a hardcore Trey Songz fan and I must give that credit to Twitter. I began following him and listening to his Ustreams and ultimately downloading the mixtape he released this summer. I slowly but surely fell in love with Trigga!!! So, when his CD came out yesterday, it was a must buy!! So i went out and i bought it. "Ready" was 13.99 at Target but it was ringing up for $9.98. God Bless a Sale!!!

So...I've been listening to it on repeat all day...and I do love it. It's not as ...how shall i say...FREAKY ...as "Anticipation" but it's awesome none the less. I did have to listen to "Anticipation" several times before I was overly obsessed with it so next week I could be just as obsessed with "Ready". So far, in the last 24 hours (lol) these are my favorite tracks.

Like I said I'm still feeling out the CD so this list could change. Well 1-3 are pretty much set in stone!! Again...no judgement!!! I saw you dancing to "Turn My Swag On" (off subject but i was blasting and promoting that song months before it came out...putting all types of folk onto it...so my judgement is sound...HA...i really need a promo check from Soulja tho lol)

But back on Task...this is about Tremaine Neverson...BKA Trey Songz!!

My recommendation would be to go get "Ready" and to Download "Anticipation"

This joint is hotness personified!! I LOVE IT!! I cannot think of one track on it that I don't love. I have my favorites but in honesty...they are all my favorites.
However, the ones I listen to the most are "On Top", "Famous", "She Ain't My Girl" (featuring Sammie...and we know how I feel about Sammie), "Make it Rain" (T-R-E-Y SONGZ you're the king of the WORLD), and "Scratchin me up"!!! See for yourself!!
