Tracy Morgan's Gay Rant is DISGUSTING

This evening I heard word that Tracy Morgan, a comedian who I generally never had a problem with, made a gravely disgusting statement regarding the gay community.  Apparently, before this he was known to say that he considered being gay a "choice".  Well apparently in an act last weekend he said that if his son were gay he'd stab him to death and other things like they [gay people] need to stop "whining about bullying".  You know what...i wanted to be calm and rational but FUCK YOU TRACY MORGAN!!

I'm not gay, but I have friends who are.  I have a friend who couldn't come out to his family because they would completely cut him off and he wouldn't be able to go to college.  He cried because he wanted to be "normal" like his sibling.  Why...why him!!!  Being gay isn't a choice.  Do some people CHOSE to do it....yes but that doesn't negate that people's feelings are real!  And even if it were a choice, people shouldn't be subjected to such harsh things as DEATH for choices that don't have a negative impact on anyone's life.

This so truly disgusts me.

I just got finished watching Bassey Ikpi's video response and I hope she doesn't mind me sharing but I feel exactly what she says.



Also according to PopEater the performance was not only homophobic but also sexist.  He's apologized but I could apologize for saying FUCK YOU TRACY MORGAN...but i wouldn't mean that shit either!
